Bernedoodle Dogs

Patrick lived for 13 years in the mountains of Colorado with his beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Tyson. Unfortunately, as wonderful as the breed is, they do not do well in the heat, they shed quite a lot, and have very short life spans. After relocating to South Texas to be with the love of his life, Patrick and Kathy started researching alternatives to a full-blooded Bernese and came across the magnificent Bernedoodle. They have the loving temperament of the Bernese, but the smarts and low shedding of the poodle. Combine that with the extra lifespan you get with what is essentially a mutt, and they decided to give it a try. They were in love immediately and felt to share this wonderful breed with their community. All of their dogs live in our home with them as the puppies are born right in their bedroom, and by the time they go to their new homes, they pretty much know their names and are well on their way to potty training. They have stayed in touch with just about every owner and regularly get updates and photos.
